| Shipped Orders | You have 7 days from when you receive your package to return your order. Please ship it back within 3-4 days so that we can have it back in the store by 7 days. |
You have up to 14 Days to return your items for a website credit. Once we receive your item, we will email you a website credit. |
- Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels, tags and bar codes still attached. A packing slip or copy of your confirmation email must be included in your package.
- Return time does not allow for any exclusions including holidays.
- Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion
